1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3dloto platform, you affirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not meet these requirements or do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and refrain from creating an account.

3dloto operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable gaming regulations in the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions supplement and incorporate our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 3dloto platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. 3dloto reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time through documentation such as government-issued identification cards, birth certificates, or other acceptable proof.

You further represent that you are physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines at the time of registration and when accessing the platform. Use of the 3dloto platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Information and Security

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account, including your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You must immediately notify 3dloto of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 3dloto shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account, whether with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for losses incurred by 3dloto or third parties due to unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) account with 3dloto. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using different names, addresses, or identification documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 3dloto employs various detection methods to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close such accounts, void any associated transactions, and forfeit any funds or winnings.

Accounts registered by automated means, bots, or other non-human methods are prohibited. Accounts must be registered by the individual who will use the account and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

3dloto accepts deposits via various payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified for each payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method used.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 3dloto account are legally obtained and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. 3dloto reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of funds and may delay or refuse deposits pending verification.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the methods and limits specified on the platform. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification requirements, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 3dloto reserves the right to request additional documentation as necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and account closure.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 3dloto platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details, including selections, stake amounts, and odds, are correct before confirming your bet. 3dloto shall not be liable for errors made by you when placing bets.

3dloto reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, technical malfunctions, or events affected by external manipulation. In such cases, stakes shall be returned to your account balance.

4.2 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the 3dloto platform in a fair and honest manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or other artificial intelligence tools
• Exploitation of software errors or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or false identification
• Money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the platform's source code
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or 3dloto staff

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. 3dloto cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activities.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Age Verification

3dloto strictly enforces the legal gambling age requirement of twenty-one (21) years. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of twenty-one (21) will be immediately closed, and any funds or winnings shall be forfeited.

5.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

All content on the 3dloto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of 3dloto or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the platform without express written permission from 3dloto.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

3dloto is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable data protection laws. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Termination

3dloto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, you will forfeit all rights to your account, including any funds or winnings, except as required by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification procedures and applicable wagering requirements.

10. Amendments to Terms
